Why Stylists
Sarah LaMont | Owner, Master Stylist
With a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Washington, I didn’t expect a side job at Nordstrom to spark a whole new career, but one $100 tip and a very grateful wedding guest later, I was hooked.
I quickly discovered that styling wasn’t just about clothes, it was about confidence, comfort, and helping real people feel like the best version of themselves. I met so many people who felt overwhelmed by fashion, and I made it my mission to change that.
Today, I style both men and women for everyday life, not just events. Whether it’s a casual coffee run or date night, I help clients build a wardrobe they actually love to wear. No stress, no stuffy rules, just wearable style that works for real life.
Erica Thebaud | Senior Stylist
My love for fashion started early—outfits always had the power to set the tone for my day. Through trial and error, I figured out what made me feel confident and never looked back.
I began my fashion career at Nordstrom in the Women’s Designer Department while earning my associate’s degree in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University. I quickly moved into personal styling, built strong relationships, and found my passion for helping others express themselves through clothing.
Joining Why Style gave me the opportunity to grow my career, support my loyal clients, and continue building wardrobes that feel as good as they look. For me, it’s not just about trend, it’s about creating personal, functional style that empowers you every day.
